These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jj804 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jj804 online betting and casino platform at jj804.bet. 3.1 Age Requirement. The jj804 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the jj804 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jj804 does not accept registrations from users located in Prohibited Territories. Residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local statute access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
Age Restriction: jj804 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Attempting to register an Account while under the minimum age is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj804 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify jj804 Support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
4.3 jj804 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
4.4 jj804 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Locked Accounts will be reviewed by the jj804 security team within a reasonable timeframe.
4.5 You must not permit any other individual to access or use your jj804 Account. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing Account access with another person is a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.
5.1 jj804 is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct identity verification checks on all Account holders. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
5.2 jj804 may request the following documentation from you at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal:
5.3 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period (not less than seven calendar days from the date of the request) may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

6.1 Currency. All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals on the jj804 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign exchange spread is charged.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on the jj804 Platform is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
6.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your jj804 Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance.
6.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. jj804 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.3 Eligible Games. Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. As a general guide, cricket betting and most slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. jj804 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus conversion, or exploiting any error or omission in bonus terms.
7.5 Withdrawal of Cash Balance. Where a Player's Account holds both real money balance and Bonus Funds, real money funds are used first for any wagers placed, unless a specific promotional mechanic requires otherwise.
7.6 jj804 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional offer already accepted and currently active will be honoured subject to its existing terms.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the jj804 Platform are subject to acceptance by jj804. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. jj804 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body or official event organiser. For PSL cricket betting, the official results published by the Pakistan Super League and the Pakistan Cricket Board are used. For ICC events, ICC official results govern.
8.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, jj804 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. jj804 will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly.
8.4 Abandoned Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, jj804's settlement rules for the specific market type will apply. As a general rule, bets on markets where insufficient play has occurred to produce a definitive result will be voided and stakes returned. 8.5 Maximum Winnings. jj804 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which vary by sport and market type. The applicable limit for each market is displayed at the point of bet placement. Winning amounts in excess of the applicable limit will not be paid.
8.6 Responsibility for Bets. You are solely responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the Platform, except where expressly permitted by a specific market rule.

13.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits jj804's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.4 The jj804 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jj804 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
14.1 jj804 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to jj804 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided opt-in consent).
14.3 jj804 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of providing the Platform's services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
15.1 jj804 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, jj804 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

15.3 Your continued use of the jj804 Platform after any amendment has been notified or published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
16.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj804 holds its international gaming license.

16.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights.
